all customers when they see their creatively matted memories. Our goal of superior customer service and
high quality takes dedication to produce the same outstanding quality

time after time, continually be creative with our mat designs and
products to
keep customers smiling. All our
products have the Made in Maine seal of approval.
Our guarantee:
We believe in and are committed to
providing
excellence to
our customers with total satisfaction on all products and service. If you are not satisfied, follow the return
process within 30 days of item receipt. We
will process your exchange or refund promptly.
Around the Image hours:
We are open Monday through Friday
(eastern
time) excluding
holidays, 8am-4pm. (207) 346-3368. If you reach our voice mail, please leave
your name, phone number, reason for the call and best time to contact
you. We will do our best to return calls
the same
day. Due to time zone differences and
cell phone static we can answer your questions much faster by email. We can research your order and get back to
you with keeping you on hold.
Payment
Method:
- All payments must be in US
funds. We accept both Visa and Master Card. We do accept money orders and cashiers checks
(please make payable to Around the Image). We
do not ship COD.
- We are no longer accepting
paper
checks due to many insufficient funds. We
apologize for any inconvenience.
General Return Policy:
- All returns must be
authorized
by Around the Image before returned so we may give you the restocking
number which must be written on all paperwork and the outside of the
shipping packaging. All returns or
exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee. For
fastest service please call 207-893-0223.
- All items must be in
salable,
original condition (unless damaged- see damage policy below), and
returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Shipping costs of any
returns or
exchanges remain the responsibility of the customer, unless the
merchandise is being returned because we incorrectly filled the order
or the merchandise was defective or damaged ( see damage policy).

General
Damage Policy during
shipping:
- Should you receive a
damaged
package, save all packaging and contact us immediately.
We will inform you of what to do after we
contact the
carrier and begin the return process and replacement of your item.
- We try to package all
products
to avoid any damage during shipping but problems happen.
We purchase insurance on every package so that
damage
and replacement is not the customers problem.
General
Shipping Policy:
- Shipping and handling
charges
are added as part of the final purchasing agreement.
Do not purchase unless you agree to the stated
shipping and handling policy.
- Our shipping charges are
based
on Priority US mail. Everything goes out
insured, and at a basic priority rate.
- We only ship to the
Continental
US states.
- Most items in stock ship
within
1-5 days of order receipt.
We try to keep a full stock on hand at all
times,
sometimes for reasons out of our control an item will be temporarily
unavailable. There is no added shipping
charge for back ordered items unless they have to be shipped
separately, then we will inform you of the added cost and get your ok
before further charges are incurred. Please
allow 3-4 weeks delivery.
